4w. What if he claims that he uploaded the video from a third party website like YouTube or daily motion for his fans and AAA used the footage for their show without his consent.

Well, I guess that would be a loophole.  But then WWE could sue AAA for using one of their under contract performers' likeness on their show.  However, I'm 99.99% positive the original copy of the video isn't on Youtube or any other site.
