But the next Kawai Leonard or Steph Curry could be. It's not tanking to get a superstar, it's tanking to get better - do we not know how a draft works? (Btw, we're not tanking, we're just really this bad)

Would you rather be really bad with a high draft pick, or hovering over being bad and mediocre with a no14 pick? It's been so long since the Knicks picked up talent or had picks in the draft that we've become excluded from the notion of getting better thru the draft. :lol: the draft has became a luxury us Knick fans get once in a blue moon, instead of the common building block. :smh:

This is what Phil, I believe, is trying to change the most. The culture of this squad, from fans to owners and most importantly our decision making

No we should not tank 8 games into the season when 2 starters didnt even play a minute yet.

Unless Melo gets a season ending injury, this team is not tanking.
 
Bruh Bargs ain't gon' save us. Hell as far as I'm concerned he's done. The man hasn't played over 42 games since 2010-2011. He is not the man to place your faith in.

Calderon can only do so much. He'll solve one problem but what about everything else.

Look here, if the team or a team of fans are placing the fate of this organization in Bargs, who hadn't done squat since last season, and even then it wasn't like he was consistent
 
One more loss and the jets have the same record i don't know if my heart can take it

We need Jose back and give it till dec so we can really evaluate the team I know it's only 2 weeks in but we have some major problems all round I just hope that fish can figure out the correct rotations but that will come in time

Same thing could be said about Slumpert though, and he's arguably the most consistent knick this year.
 
Draymond Green is a RFA this summer right? He's been looking good this season & looks like he could thrive in the triangle.

I think we'll lose to Utah...they have a solid front court with Hayward/Favors/Kanter who I think will wreck havoc. Their backcourt has been a bit spotty though, so if they can capitalize off of that they might be able to turn it around. They also have Novak the 3PT Gawd who'll probably exploit our stupidity on defense.
