I finally decided to get my passport after 26 years on this earth. With that said, obviously I've never been outside of the country. Where was your first destination when you received your passport? Where do you recommend as a first destination?

Congrats. Being filipino, (no way, a NTer a filipino?) got my passport at 3. Been to the motherland numerous times, especially now since my parents moved back there. Been lucky enough to work overseas and play in some basketball tournaments in spain, turkey, france, greece, italy, switzerland.
May get married overseas since my girl's father lives in indonesia and might not be able to make the trip to the states. Hoping to go this summer to the pi's, indo, and honeymoon it in hawaii. (too lazy to capitalize.)
 
Word. I definitely wanted to hit up The Philippines myself...just take my camera and go ham :lol:

anyone have any upcoming travel plans?
 
My first destination was Nigeria, my pops is Nigerian but I was raised by mom so I didn't really get to know his side until my adult years. My aunt actually bought me my ticket for a graduation gift when I got my masters. I was 23 years old.

Since then I've been to Canada, back to Nigeria, and London. My current chick loves to travel so we will probably hit DR or Brazil soon. She actually wants to hit Paris this year but the way my bank account it set up...

The first place i ever used a passport was El Salvador (That's where my fam is from)

The first place i traveled on my own was Australia.

Traveling Internationally is :smokin

The food!
The architecture!
The different cultures!
The women!
The sneaker shops!
 
Lost my passport 8 yrs ago. Haven't been back to the homeland (tonga) in yrs. thx for the reminder OP. For some reason I'd like to visit the Middle East

Same. Pops flew me out there when I was like 12.

First time I traveled by myself was Cancun in '04 for my Senior Trip.

Since then I've been to Panama (2), Colombia, Hawaii, and just went back to Cancun this summer.

Trying to set up a trip to the DR for next summer.

I think I want to hit up Asian first. I've always wanted to visit since I was a kid, especially Japan.

Thailand, Hong Kong and The Philippines have always been high on my list.
 
Going to get mines soon. If I dont go to DR for some Pure White than  London will be my first stop
 
I had mine since I was a baby but from what my mom says the first place we went was home to Jamaica.

Very nice place, ppl are so down to earth it will have you contemplating moving there

And the women? All different flavors, all beautiful
 
my first destination for my most recent was the US...

someone stole mine while i was in Florence, Italy years ago...got a new one at the American consulate 
 
Was born in England so the first overseas place i went was America.

Going back to England in December and trying to hit up Amsterdam and Belgium too. Tix are mad cheap xmas season
