Lebron X needs help

So, i got this Lebron X from my cousin from Singapore. When i saw it, i was excited but then i looked at the sole of the shoe and one has a bump. i don't know what happened with this shoe because my cousin used it before he shipped it to us here in the Philippines. I tried pushing it, nothing happens. i used it once on court then i noticed its getting bigger. i don't know what happened. i did not step on a rock or anything, just the hard court. 
 

If you know how to fix this please tell, because i can't use the warranty cuz it was bought from singapore. i do not have the receipt.

This is a good shoe for me. Nice colorway. I do not want it to go to waste. Thanks in advance =)
