sounds like everyone has moved to Towns :nerd:

Okafor 1a

Russell 3

Stan Johnson 4

Mudiay 5 (hasn't played since Nov. in China)

That sound accurate P?

Mudiay played today, and his stat line was damn impressive:

28 pts 8 rbs 4 asts, 2 TO

6 of 15 from the field 2 of 4 from 3

It's difficult for me to take those mudiay stats and be impressed considering the competition level. Extremely difficult

This week Monday - Sunday

Knicks:
Tuesday - @ Kings (8 of 12 wins on the road, soooo a decent shot for them, which is like 20%)
Wednesday- @ Pacers
Saturday - vs. Pacers (Games where you play a team back-to-back, I always have a split. Just because it's so much easier to play the 2nd time around if you lost)
1-2

76ers:
Monday - vs. Raptors
Wednesday - @ Thunder
Friday - vs. Jazz
Saturday - vs. Hawks
1-3

T'Wolves
Monday - vs. Clippers
Wednesday - @ Nuggets
Saturday - vs. Hawks
1-2

Lakers:
Tuesday - @ Hornets
Wednesday - @Heat
Friday - @Grizzles
Sunday - vs. Mavericks

Magic:
Wednesday: vs. Suns
Friday - vs. Kings
Sunday - vs. Celtics
2-1

Nuggets:
Tuesday: vs. Bucks (Bucks a brutal road team, if Karl was still the coach, they'd have an easy win.
Wednesday: vs. T'Wolves
Friday: @Spurs
1-2

Man...I can only hope Orlando can go 2-1 this week cuz their schedule after that is brutal.

Btw..I was taken by surprise about mudiays return..solid game. Grain of salt..but still nice nonetheless...pressure of a playoff game/rust etc..

For the record..I have lal going 1-2 this week..maybe 0-3...so orl going 2-1 would be outstanding.

Any team with 23 or more wins is out of reach.. You got 20 plus games left, you will get 4 out of 10 in at least one of the 10 game stretches. And a couple wins in the other.

Leaves 6 teams. (7 including us)

Knicks & Sixers just assume we can't catch them. Down to 4. (Yes we want to lose the 3 we play against them, but it's a lost cause).

Won't pass the Kings. Karl is a good enough coach for them to get wins against teams dogging it, and pull out wins against fellow bad teams.. Down to 3.

You can worry about the Magic, but I'm not too worried about the Magic. They're not a good team, but they have just enough talent to keep their pace. They have an outside chance, but I think Oladipo, Harris & Vucevic are just good enough to win a handful...

Nuggets are a mess. I'm worried about passing them. Brian Shaw has lost that team in every way manageable. We dodged a major bullet going with Mike Brown over Brian Shaw.

T'Wolves have 24 games to make up 3 to tie, 4 to pass us.. That's not an easy feat, but they are much more talented.. And is made easier if we lay an egg in the 2 games we play them.

Raptors vs 76ers...Raptors have played poorly lately, having just loss too the Knicks. Go 76ers.
Clippers vs T'Wolves....Clippers play again after a tough game against the Bulls. Go T'Wolves.

thunder :smokin

saw the kobe muse. didnt think he would even touch the 04 incident. those jazz game air balls. damn it was like it was yesterday.

Byron called out the bigs for not being as physical as the Thunder bigs on the boards.

I wonder if he understands why the players revolt on him after a couple years?

Does Byron realize he made Jordan Hill a jump shooter now? I miss energy big man Hill.

It does. At least Boss has filled the role well.

I suspect Hill prefers this new role since it's less wear and tear on his body.

Ironically Hill had problems with D'antoni and has made it clear he did not like him, but he was a better player under him. D'antoni had the right idea of how to use Hill.

This team is never going anywhere with Byron as a coach. Top 5 pick, Randle, free agents, healthy Kobe, none of this matters in regards to winning with Byron leading the way.

Who's the next coach in 2016? Calipari? Madsen?

New Poll updated as stated, pre and post trade deadline, this is the new question to see if anyone changed their view, or if they still feel the same way as before. Results are listed in the OP.

Even tho a lot of the things D'antoni did totally perplexed me (putting ryan kelly on Melo :smh: ), the guy made treasure out of trash like no coach I've ever seen in any sport. We had bonafide scrubs putting up career numbers left and right. It would be hard for me to name 5 coaches in the L currently who are better than him

MDA was a terrible coach tho, everybody told me so.

He's better than Byron. I'd put him in the decent-good category. However, he's not amazing and would never fit with this organization. Not sure if he's good enough to win a ring either, but I may be wrong about that. He's had some terrible luck. I do wish him the best only because Laker fans were so annoying/unfair in regards to his coaching.

The main point is Byron needs to go as soon as this team has a good roster.
