Nike Shoe Defect Claims

I recently sent in a pair of defective shoes for the first time to receive a voucher after the whole flywire was ripped apart and there was hole in the shoe. I was wondering if anyone knew just about how long it will take to receive a response from Nike.

I recently sent a pair that had one of the lace loops bust on my first wearing of the shoe. It took a couple of days to get approved after I mailed them in. Mind you that was after I already contacted customer service via chat and alerted them to my issue and it took like a week just for shipping. It was my actual voucher that took forever after that though. I don't know if it was just my case, but they wouldn't email a code or anything, that had to physically email a letter with the voucher attached to it. Took like two weeks or more iirc after the approval.
 
I just sent back the Kobe Beethoven's this past Friday the 21st, cause the white areas were turning purple. Almost like the black dye was running into the white flyknit. They recieved them on Tues the 25th and received my refund to my PayPal later that day, no voucher, maybe cause it's recently released (August). I did call them that Friday morning to set up the claim 1st and dropped off at UPS before 5pm. Hope this gives you an idea of the process. I also think it was SuperFast process, cause of the Holiday and prolly tried to process as many things as possible with them closing today and then gonna be really busy with Black Friday.
