Writers notes: Have the family fight, have the family hang out together after the fight, have the family eat dinner like things are normal and then break out in a fight reminding you they are fighting, have the family fight some more, have the family appear to get over on Lucious and have the upper hand, have family lose and have Lucious win. *play some music every scene

Some of yall gotta be dumb or clueless to be complaining about something now that they did all of S1
No need to act brand new. Just dip. The show's quality is what it is. This aint nothing but entertainment. A notch or two above your guilty pleasure reality tv show.

That's the problem, same ol' same ol', Wanting a change of pace isn't acting brand new, it's complaining about something that's getting tired.The show is still the same.

This show is sooooooo bad, it's entertaining. Hakeem gotta get offed. Corniest ***** to walk this earth.
Also, the oldest son's mother is really Kelly Roland....but he has Zero recollection of that...when the kid playing him in the flashbacks can't be any younger than 8.
That, coupled with the fact that in S1, he recalled a memory of when he was younger and Stashed the Burner for Lousious when the cops raided the house.....
. Im tuned out.

Chris Rock being the big bad that Cookie was afraid of may have been the downfall of this show.

What change of pace? To what? This aint the next critically acclaimed drama. This is a scripted soap opera/musical with an all black cast. That's (the pace) part of what got the show more ratings after each ep. Exactly how did you not notice this or get tired of it in S1? Cuz I remember other posters said they were and just ditched the show.
This is what I think a lot of ppl don't seem to get. Maybe they still thinking the show will fulfill some potential they see in it.
I wised up to this show being so bad it's funny and entertaining the last few eps of S1. Especially the finale. That was throwing all the **** against the wall wildness.
Between those type of complaints and ppl popping in to constantly mention Power I just don't get it
Son has no signature sound or flow. He aint a Philly rapper. He not NYC. Son just a new age copier like the rest.
Jack any flow to fit a beat.
It's always been hard to accept that he - the son of an artist who actually came from the streets - is somehow this popular rapper with talent. Like is he suppose to be a Drake metaphor minus the father angle and singing? I can't name a dope rapper whose father is also a dope rapper/icon/legend.
Hakeem is like JoJo Simmons and a what if Diggy was a famous rapper mashed together.

Other posters quit when they tired out, so because someone didn't ditch the show then and are just now complaining, they are dumb and silly? Glad you cleared that up for us.

This season is just getting off to a weird start, it seems like there's no direction. I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the Cookie/Feds storyline going to **** in jusy one episode when that could've been a season long thing. Or ****, half a season. Like, where is this thing heading?
