We already seen in movies and TV shows what goes on in NY and its redundant. The Wire was refreshing because I didn't know what the **** went on in BMore. Im a NYer if thay matters.

I loved season 2 because I could relate to it. Used to work down at the waterfront as a longshoreman, and my dad, uncles, brother and cousin still do. Made me appreciate how accurate the show is because they nailed the lingo, culture, and feel of working down there.

just realized this today as I was watching season 1 but Keema getting shot and the next episode might be my favorite part of the whole series.........so much emotion during that time

series never gets old to me......******* classic....season 5 was trash though
