Hello,

Yesterday I contacted the customer service of Nike, because of a problem with my order of the Ultimate Gift of Flight Pack. At first, my payment didn't go through because of a technical interference at my bank. But when I checked my bank account, I saw my account was debited. So I thought my order was successful. I got an e-mail with my order number. Shortly after that I received an e-mail saying something went wrong with the payment. After that I called the customer service. I was told that it was very busy and therefore it could be possible that the payment went wrong at first but succeeded afterwards. He told me that was the reason I got an e-mail that the payment went wrong. He told me he could see the payment in the system so I had no reason to worry and that I would receive a conformation e-mail before the end of the day. I didn't get a conformation but an e-mail saying they will get back to me in three days. 

My question is if someone has experienced something similar and if there is a chance I'll still get the Ultimate pack or that I will get a refund.
