Yep, that's why I prefer when I go for a return versus when I go specifically go buy something or when I have a 30% weekend, because I usually find nothing.

Ummm...it's called being patient to get the things you want at the best price. Personally, for the Royals I love them and will cop at launch time. If they sit and go on discount later, I'll cop again and return the original pair. Passing on these, and waiting on the FR as the next white based shoe I would rather have.

I saw these in person a couple days ago. The leather on these is better than the 2012 wc4 and fire red leather, but not as nice as the 2016 wc4. The colorway is cool, but these were kinda underwhelming to me in person.

An employee at one of the major retailers showed them to me today
Only had a quick look-over but the quality seemed ok, comparable to other past releases.
Colorway was definitely to my liking, I'm in for one pair.

So these aren't "remastered"? It seems strange since some 4s like the 2015 Oreos and LBs got the remastered treatment but, for some reason, in 2017 they are selling un-remastered 4s... Makes no sense unless JB is out there actively finessing people.

Then why the comparison to 2012 Fire Red 4s? Makes me wonder why JB lacks the ability to make releases consistent when these releases are all supposed to be "remastered."
