Yea it ain't worth it. I blew a .23 a .19 and the third time I did not blow

First time caught got 0 hours jail, 2nd time I pleaded to a first and did 48 hours and the third time I got caught I pleaded to a first dui and 10 days jail which was a cake walk, Smoked and gambled all day long in the jail.

Never affected me getting a job. After all this said and done I still ended up working for good companies and even Apple

It's not illegal to drink and drive, it's illegal to be drunk..

So it wasnt hard findin a job? But i thought you workedfor yourself sellin pallets of bluetooths

Im sure you have the best lawyer money can buy tho right? Cuz dam dui's and youve never been to prison?? You mist have got a slap on the wrist each time cuz you have the best lawyer money can buy huh? Did they pull you over cuz of your exotic whip?

No, they pulled me over for speeding, other time I was swerving in and out of lanes third time I had my subwoofers pounding

I used the same lawyer each time. Only paid $1,000 each time I got caught except for the 3rd time I paid $2,000

Lawyers are cheap pre trial they way lawyers say as long as it's downstairs , but once it's goes up stairs price rise. Upstairs is where it goes to trial, grand jury and other stuff

Just don't do it. It's not worth it. Call a cab. Call your friends. Hell, even call your parents. Don't do it. It's not worth your life or the lives of the people you hit. Consider yourself lucky if the only consequence is a DUI. There are people who suffer far worse. Not worth it.

No it was not hard BACK then. I do work for myself full-time NOW for the past year even though I always had my marketing business for 10 years doing it in the side

So basically what your telling me is, your still lyin, right?

Yes, but I didn't do it intentionally.

It was my sophomore year of college and I was able to get into the club using one of my roommates ID. I had drank plenty, but I wasn't drunk. We went to ihop afterwards and decided to race home. Cop pulls me over and asks me do I know how fast I was going, I say "I don't know, maybe 40?" Cop goes, "40! Try double that, have you been drinking?!" At that moment I'm like "****!" I start tripping because I know I'm ****** if he hits me with a breathalyzer. I turn to to the cop and say, "No. I'm not old enough to drink." He takes my license and registration, and comes back with a ticket for speeding and illegal lane switching. Never did the drink and drive after that.

I've driven after being decently buzzed before. No more than a shot and 3 beers. I think I was fine to drive honestly :nerd:

But I was on the highway going home like always, where there are never any cops. Sure enough, I see a state trooper on the right stopped, while I'm already going about 100 on the right lane..I looked in my rear view, saw him turn on the lights and I straight hit the gas to the floor going 130+ and hit the exit ramp that was a 1/4 mile down..

there was a red light camera at the bottom of the ramp, but I straight turned and got a ticket. No lie

Speed limit is 55 and I was already speeding, I don't know what I would've blown, but I panicked and got away scott free. Learned my lesson after this :smh:

Either your lying, or your stretching the hell out of this story.

How do think you got away?

Maybe he got da hemi.

If I'm not mistaken, in order for you to get a ticket from a camera is by mail.

It's a time stamped clear picture of your vehicle and plates.

If my man did all that cops would of known there was a camera at that location, and casually diddy bopped to his crib with the cuffs for fleeing.

I'm 100% not lying @KingKroopa. This happened over the summer in Chicago, I-90, from downtown heading east. Those who are familiar with this highway know there are exits every 1/4 mile. I Got away because I was already on the right lane going 100mph . I saw the cop before he saw me guaranteed and reacted instantly. I don't think my heart has pounded faster than that night. I drive a modified Subaru WRX and was already going 100, gassing it had me hitting the 1/4 instantly, the trooper was at a standstill.

This is true, but the trooper doesn't know I went on red, or which way I went after the ramp, if I even went that way in his eyes. For all I know, he kept going since I was pretty far. I straight hit the closest alley and went home hitting side streets

I've drove while I was tired and it was easily the toughest **** ever. I think those drivers are more dangerous than the average drunk driver. Now if you're almost blacked out drunk than that's a different story

MUUUCH worse imo. Falling asleep at the wheel is no joke

for me the sleepy eyes come out of nowhere. a few months ago...and this is the first and only time this has ever happened to me, i remember heading to an ikea for some stuff. it was the middle of the day. i was feeling fine and alert driving to the store. you can't fall asleep in ikea cuz the store forces you to walk thru it. anyways, after i handle my biz, i jump in the whip and head back home.

thats when the sleep eyes hit me out of no where...i fight it..but for a sec or 2, i felt a doze. and woke to myself leaving my lane. caught myself and the adrenaline rush was too great. was alert as **** afterwards, but it bothered me because i didn't think it would ever happen to me. in the middle of the day at that. never happened since. but it was something i made a permanent note of; recently i started taking up some iced green tea for the caffine when im driving a lot.

1.

Cop could had been lazy dumb and didn't check

2.
They need proof he was driving. Cop would had needed to ID him and not the car

Even if the cop did come to his house, all he had to do is keep his mouth shut, play dumb and ask for a lawyer. Cop probably would had walked away with his head down

3. The camera only works if you run the red lights

Done it a couple of times, but never more than a mile or two down the road and never on main roads.  Mostly just from a friend's house or a late night Taco Bell run.  Started beating myself up over it, so I haven't done it in about a year and a half.

I used to drive stoned all of the time though.  I was high morning, noon, and night from 17-25.  Never bothered me back then.  Now that I've cut back I get anxiety while driving.  The second I get on a busy road I start feeling lightheaded and start worrying that I'm gonna pass out.

I'm starting to really see the value in driving sober.

Real talk back when I was 21 I have driven and I was at that point where I can't even walk and found that easier than driving sleepy. Once i didn't sleep one sunday And went n did a 10 hour shift Monday at this damn plant I use to work at and was straight dead When I got off. Pulled a 6am to 4pm and had a 20 minute drive home. Had a loud *** system at the time so I'm like I'm good but nah. Windows down, sub slamming and I felt light headed n dizzy. What I thought were blinks turned in to me on the highway with my eyes closed for 10 seconds or so. I literally couldn't make it home. Pulled up at one of my homies crib, he wasn't there and jus slept in the driveway no lie. He came home hours later woke me up and I drove home n called off that next day.

I believe it takes a decade for the DUI/DWI to be expunged from your police record. With that said, if any of you guys are drinking significantly... Please get a ride home or let your friends drive your vehicle. It's not worth getting such a serious charge on your record.
