Lebron 12

Is there any way to keep the paint from chipping on the symbols? I've had my 12's for less than a week and the paint is coming off and I've worn them once.

I have lebron 12 nsrls and one night I was cleaning them (with a mixture of hand soap,water,and stain removing gel)and I forgot to whip off the soap and now the mesh parts are hard,crusty,and white. Also when I put water on the shoe the white parts go back to being the original teal but reman hard. How can I fix this?
