Your absolutely right, especially if done incorrectly, no legal procedure, lawyers, terms of when you make it and who files they usually throw that out of the courtroom now

She was apart of the business. When you married and you mix your wife with business this is what happens and she is legally entitled to the money. She isnt greedy its the principle. If she was greedy she would had took the 1 billion dollars

Wifes cant take half when you divorce. If your wife never worked while you were married then she can get half because you were responsible for her well being. she will get half if you get caught cheating . it all depends. House is usually split down the half. usually can sell it and split the money....

That is why i tell people dont put your wife name on the title if she isnt working
