How is it down there?

Economy?

Weather?

Cost of living?

Yambs?

No state tax and the beach.. Seems like a cool place to live...

Especially if you got some paper.

Theres Miami, and then theres South Beach, a lot hoods in Miami, a lot of money on South Beach. It's cool, yambs on fleek. You would do fine out here.
 
I wouldn't choose to live there by choice if I lived outside of Florida. There are many other cities/areas that have more to offer. In my opinion.
 
Economy is kinda crazy though, I think there is a pretty high unemployment rate. Don't come out here without having a job lined up first.
 
I assume it's just like what Rick Ross raps about. I feel he paints a very real vivid picture of the very core of what Miami-Dade County is like

Women 10/10 Best place in the world
COL depends on where you live, Kendall/Cutler Bay You got about average COL. Brickell/Sunset above average, but those are some of the nicest places. In alot of places, especially kendall it's very spanish, but those latin bakeries are :smh: :smokin
Economy is solid, if you have a good resume you shouldnt have too much trouble finding a job.
 
I live in Ft. Lauderdale (20-30 mins from Miami) and I love it. I work in Miami, I went to school in Miami but wouldn't live there. Ft. Lauderdale is perfect because it's not as fast paced (some areas are) as miami, but it's not slow neither. Perfect balance.

Only jobs out there are retail.

A brotha need them 6 figures.

Snowbird retirees and the young population is unconcerned about safe sex (higher teen birth rate than most of the nation).

You'll find every and I mean EVERY type of women here.
As someone else stated there is South Beach (what you see on tv) and you got Miami (you will get lost round here, hopefully not around the wrong area)
You gotta speak some type of spanish down here for jobs (bilingual is crucial when it comes to jobs & careers)
The weather is always good except those out of nowhere rain or storms followed by the humidity :x
If you wanna live down here and In a nice area try south miami (beach area, coral gables, Kendall, brickell, etc.) or broward which is right on top
Do not ride round solo looking suspect around NW 22 ave - 7th Ave from 79th st down. I'm sure you've seen that in CSI miami
Cost of living varies on location but usually is still a lot

What blew my mind about Miami was seeing the police at Rolex wearing fronts & no they weren't security guards
