biggest reality check life gave you.

Life never goes the way you plan it to.
so far my life hasn't gone too far off track but I am scared that I may come to realize that I may not be able to have my dream come true.

When things in life aren't going your way, you can do nothing or continue to do your best until that breakthrough comes your way.

this hit me hard, wish I could win the lottery and put 3 of my brothers on.

Besides your children, never love anybody more than they love you.
learned this the hard way sadly but glad I learned it young.

- aside from turning your life from a negative to positive, no one is worth changing for (religion, certain likes/dislikes, lifestyle, etc) always be you.

- never be afraid of being alone, if you are around negative people. remember that saying "show me your friends and I'll show you your future" or something like that. I've seen so many good people go down.

- and the most important one I always come across when I see people I haven't seen for a while. don't work to just go home and sleep and pay the bills.

-Blood is not always thicker than water..Learned that one the hard way..
-My son is my biggest motivation in life..

its all about good credit.
never let anyone out nice/favor/give you
keep your ears and eyes open

-Some of the closest people to you hate to see you succeed.  Or they want you to do well but not better then them.

-A college degree is full of emply promises

-The value of a dollar was definitely learned after the crash

-Money destroys alot of things.  True colors of Friends, Family and coworkers come out due to money.

-I love my wife very much but I discovered unconditional love when my daughters were born.

That first point is so true.

- some people you trust will break promises and screw you over. you just have to cut them out and find others who won't hurt you.

- you have to be selfish sometimes. my happiness comes first & the decisions i make are ultimately mine.

- i have to live for myself & do things that make me happy, and not give into my family's expectations of me.

- don't always listen to your parents when they put you down. they don't always know what's best for you. i'm at the age where i know my needs very well.

- sometimes you have to enjoy being alone to find yourself. you eventually find the light in the most unexpected times.

- mental conditions are real & shouldn't be ignored even when you try your hardest to do so.

If you don't love yourself, nobody else will..
If your mom doesnt like/cut for her, 9/10 she's right.
You are the company you keep..
Anger is the manifestation of pain you haven't dealt with

Ever since my mom got cancer I definitely learned money doesn't mean nothing.

Don't let money run your life folks because when you think "this is a great time to spend all that money I saved" you'll learn .. that won't change anything.

For everything that you want to do in life, there will be someone or something to make you do something you DONT want to do first.

You gotta do what you gotta do before you do what you wanna do...

College doesn't guarantee you anything but a degree on a piece of paper ...gotta still grind hard

**** gets real when the baby drops

N jail sucks

Going through depression was definately an eye opener. Heck just realizing what depression is can change your life.

Guess I'll go with these for now:

- There are 3 types of people you deal with in life : People you just speak with/acquaintances, People your very familiar or cool with, and your real friends. Dont get confused or mix up who is who because sometimes the feelings not mutual like you think it is.
Just because we speak, doesn't mean we're cool & just because were cool, doesn't mean we're friends.

- Everybody a'int your mans View media item 1355052 View media item 1355101

- Don't ever think you know someone so well and have them all figured out. Don't ever say "he/she would never do that; he/she is not like that; I know him/her and they're not the type." Every one is capable of anything, even if they don't seem like it. Never underestimate them, because at the end of the day you dont know everything about them, you just know you and you are the only person you can truly speak for.

- Common sense isn't really so common and this "average person" everyone talks about is pretty stupid when you think about it.

- Stop blaming others for your failures because its really on on you, take responsibility, learn from the experience and use that knowledge to succeed next time

- Challenge everything. Think about what your doing: is it because its something you really like/want? or are you doing because that what society, popular culture tells you to do? A majority of the time you realize your doing things just for the approval of others; don't do it for them, do what you want.

- Ignorance truly is bliss because the more knowledge you gain the more you realize that a lot of messed up things go on in this world, but take pride in the fact that you can use that knowledge to change it for the better.

- School is just a safety net, if you don't get your affairs in order before you graduate, your probably going to have a bad time. Could be days, weeks, months, years and it gets discouraging and depressing but keep at it and you'll get it.

- Never fight over a woman, if you do she just made fools of the both of you and the simps will always swoop down and save her

- Some dudes will be simps forever

- Make up is the devil

- A lot of these women y'all fiend for are :x under all the makeup, weave, fake nails, spanx, IG camara angles & filters and all these other tools they use to deceive us

- The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene is a timeless book that will always be relevant

Don't trust no *****...

Systematic racism is entrenched in our society and the term post-racial is a facade.

Man there's so many lessons that I've learned in my 30 years living...

Alcohol poisons the mind/body and is used to dumb down the masses.
