I have no idea how the law works, but Nevada declaring DFS gambling has to be ominous for the rest of the country, right?

Not the case at all. In fact, Kansas passed a law specifically to allow Daily Fantasy in their state. Nevada is different in that they want to regulate, i.e. take their rake, on anything even resembling a wager. Any outside interest that isn't aligned or they see as a threat they will use influence, money & lobbying to fight. Same approach as Washington, just a different coast.

Don't let the sensational headlines from the media convince you the ax is coming. It's going to be s Starr specific desk at worst (which it already it's with 5 states blocking it). It's not a coincidence that Oklahoma and Louisiana both have gambling but somehow the huge Lone Star State in between the two doesn't. Millions of $ flowing above & under the table to keep it that way. Politics affect a ton of things you'd never connect the dots on.

I do think that anyone with their personal definition of significant bankroll up on a DFS site would probably be advised to just use a different account to deposit to for bankroll management. Main account, DFS account & FD/DK all separate to keep things from getting sticky

I probably should just get over it but it just didn't feel right when I played college because I do think everyone but the student athletes are getting paid off their work. I literally would be another one on the list.

I'd probably be okay if it were like the video games & it was LSU RB #7 instead of just straight saying Leonard Fournette.

Its nearing the end for DFS me thinks... theyll be back but the payouts will be atrocious after uncle sam tskes his cut too

Anyway ive been tryna blow thru the last of my first deposit for 2 weeks but i keep hittin on nhl lineups in tourneys no less. 10 bucks last night l like 15 the night before. 100 tonight hah gunn take last nights winnings out and keep rollin 3 or 4 tourney lineups a night till i hit big

I have a feeling about Julius Thomas today

I also think Blount goes off, the pats going for at least 40, TY might be a decent play because of garbage time 

I got Andy in a few lineups but may fade him for Cam for some reason

Lamar Miller and Miami D is also very intriguing.

Im also on Alshon and CJ this week.

Any other insights, We still have a few hours to chef up these lineups boys.
