For as long as I have been alive, Pizza hut has allowed
Chipotle and Panera are fast food. Being "healthy" doesn't make you not fast food. You are in and out. When I say DINE IN, I am referring to being waited on.
Chipotle and Panera don't have waiters. Panera might have people bring you the food but that doesn't count.
Pizza Hut is the most ambigious of the group

Fast-casual is just a fluff word. I've seen packaging for whole grain popcorn. A kernel is a grain, why the **** wouldn't it be whole.

I dont live in the DMV, but in the early 90s we had a pizza hut with a lunch buffet around here. I remember loving that **** as a kid, all you can eat bread sticks.
