Culture isn't an excuse for ignorance.

No it isn't. But context is very important in this situation. I could very well bring up Mayweathers continued pattern of domestic violence but I don't. Stop acting holier than thou. Don't group those idiots on Twitter with all Filipinos. Strictly speaking boxing. Floyd is greatness personified.

I'm speaking strictly on how much Pac means to his country and how much he has given back. He's given opportunities to people who would never have those. He's a hero to a country who's never ever had one.

Didn't really want to take it there, but you're spot on.

The majority champions dudes with VERY questionable pasts and prior decisions all the time.  But this dude steadily gets crucified for his past transgressions, even after having been served good ol' American justice by being imprisoned.

There are cocky athletes in every damn sport--one that comes to mind off the top is Gronk.  But he gets a pass while a cat like Beast Mode gets ridiculed for **** off the field all while being great on the field?

There's an agenda there and it couldn't be any clearer tonight with the post-fight coverage on TV and Twitter.

Been proven already any athlete of color that talks out of context or with braggadocio confidant is labeled a "thug" aka the new way white folks call em *******.

I'm out on thus b

For sure...i can't knock the money he has put into his country. Respect to him but I just hate the evil vs holy narrative that's been pushed

Compubox don't mean **** to Pac fans. These dudes are dumb as hell talking about he won.

They'll never understand man. Just leave it. It was BEAUTY watching such a big event be between two minorities.

...and race....

Now they want Floyd to fight GGG at a catchweight

If he wins they will complain that GGG was drained

I always knew in my heart Floyd was going to win. I was just hoping Pac was going to make it interesting. He didn't. So I am disappoint.

Good fight, Floyd fans. No excuses. Floyd is just better.

we know Floyd fights like this. If nobody can adapt and beat him, then doesn't that make him the best anyway?

it's like saying **** Kareem, i hate his hook shot, i prefer when people dunk. Doesn't matter how he scored all his points, he still had to put the ball in the basket.

That's not a good comparison. Pretend there's no shot clock. Floyd scores the first basket and dribbles for the rest of the 46 minutes.

But Floyd threw and landed more punches though.

So what does that say about Pac?

You clown *** dudes are mad salty right now and I love it.

GRAND RAPIDS STAND UP!!!  :pimp:

I'm not a fan of boxing so I can't say I am a Pac fan but I didn't enjoy what I saw from Mayweather. What I saw was equivalent to a Hack a Shaq strategy. A worn out strategy but none the less effective in stagnating the opponent's offense. Yall applaud Mayweather because winning is all that matters but for those who were watching it for entertainment, they did not get their money's worth. I just saw 12 rounds of clinching and running around in circles. Mayweather did not want to engage in any exchanges. Even if I was a Pac fan, clinching and landing more insignificant punches doesn't make Floyd the unanimous winner...
Here's the problem I have with what you're saying.  You're blaming Mayweather for a boring fight, but he THREW AND LANDED MORE PUNCHES.  All while *gasp* defending himself in a sport where dudes are trying to knock your block off.

Blame Manny for not having a good enough strategy to penetrate May's defense.  And blame Manny for not being able to land the punches he usually lands.

You're faulting the winner of the fight for actually doing what boxers do.  **** is ridiculous.
From what I saw, Mayweather threw more punches to keep/extend the distance between him and Pac and those punches were landing because Pac wanted to close that distance. Those were light punches so Pac ate those punches to get in close to do damage.

I think casualists to boxing misconstrue "rock em', sock em" boxing for the hype that Mayweather Promotions generates for Floyd Mayweather. Floyd has never been an in your face boxer, yet some people think that he's going to go out there like Tyson in his prime and KO a guy in the early rounds...lol

When you watch Floyd, it is defense, counters, jabs, separation, and holds on repeat till the end of the fight. You do not get Tyson, Foreman, Hopkins, Holyfield, etc. with this guy. You want to watch Floyd fight? Then be prepared for this strategy literally EVERY time. Because he is a master at it, and not a single pro boxer has been able to knock him off his game...and I'm not a Floyd fan, and I'm saying this.

The Associated Press are saying Manny was injured coming into the fight... Ok

Beadle say she's done with wrestling because HHH pulled for floyd. Always felt that ***** was low key prejudice but I never went there but at this point it only makes sense cause it's beyond DV now
She probably been trying to get Floyd to hit it with no condom, so she can trap him with a baby.

For sure. And I don't fault Mayweather for pocketing his money that he's EARNED. And I'm sure Mayweather has given back to his community, it's just that it's not as publicized. Good vs evil just makes for a better story. Simple as that. At the end of the day, I'll never judge someone in a situation I wasn't in or in their personal life.
