I haven't listened.

I was a big fan of Cold Vein and Vordul's debut solo album. Vast solo efforts, not so much.

Really? I always preferred Vast over Vordul.

Cold Vein is a personal favorite of mine

Listened to this earlier today and it's pretty dope, considering there's no El-P production this time around and it's their first album in however many years

Ya haven't heard it yet, but no El-P production makes me kinda iffy. Love cold vein, it's crazy it's been 14 years.

Vast voice was dope, but Vordul's The Revolution ***** on anything Vast has ever done solo.

I need to check that out. Have you listened to all of the work that Vast has put out though? I believe he's put out around 5 or 6 mixtapes and 2 albums in the last 14 years.

My favorite track has to be Harlem Knights, it has that el-p production feel to it. It's a shame that they all had a falling out because his production and their rhymes were off the chart.

Listened, and it's ok. I'll listen to it again. El P's production is missed, but it still sort of has that grittiness.

Always thought the Artifacts were underrated.

Yeah, that's why I say Vordul's debut album was better than any Vast solo work.

Cold Vein will always be a classic but as stated what drew me into it was El-P behind it.
But i will check the new album out. Glad this thread exists though. Would like to hear people's opinions as they listen

I don't know how in the Hell I slept on Vordul's solo efforts. I actually like his solo stuff more than the Cannibal Ox stuff he's done.
