this irks me the most from videos
seriously tho people that are "recording" the incident should also be held accountable if someone dies.
Cause black folks with power and Influence to worried bout their pocketsCan't understand why Black people with power and influence in this country allow our children to be attacked and mocked by adults of other races.
The girl is FIFTEEN and the writer of the article writes about her as though she's an adult exotic dancer.
So because she responded to people on Facebook letting them know she was not badly injured, that is being portrayed as her trying to gain fame and attention?
The writer of the article needs to be called on that BS.
See but why we so quick to put each other on blastnawghtyhare that is a big part of it, but the other part is those of us with not as much power and influence need to collectively and consistently put these mofos on blast, and let them know we see that BS they runnin.
No need to justify anything, but since when did the media care about us marching for something that doesn't cross racial boundaries?
In other words, when we do march to take a stand against internal issues, don't expect to see it on the evening news because it doesn't drive ratings.
you are comparing the systematic abuse and murder of black people over the course of the existence of the united states to a fight between girls in a mcdonalds...A store packed with folks and no one thought to stop this.
The tone of this thread should be exactly like the Ferguson one.
When do the protests for this start?
When do the calls for "Black Lives Matter" begin?
I guess they won't cause it's ok if we disrespect one another but we draw they line when it's someone of a different background.
How can you expect someone else to respect you, when you don't respect and treat your own right?
At this point I rather die "unjustly" at the hands of someone of a different culture, at least then my people will care do something.
I'll wait while some tries to justify this.
