Jordan Retro 1 High "Shattered Backboard"

just in case anyone was wondering, there's no way to get 7 pairs all for retail on a release like this unless u have the best luck ever and get called for 7 raffles. i had to do more legwork for this release literally than any other release. i def. had to line some folks' pockets in order to make this happen. i was actually supposed to have 2 more pairs, but a manager at 2 different stores sold my pairs before i could get there to pick them up.

i was pissed, i can't lie, but i understand. folks don't wanna get fired and as we all know now, shoes are srs business! also, don't wanna come across as greedy as i'm thankful for what i was able to get.

allot of ppl ate on this release know 5+ ppl with 4 or more pairs

Folks who say this release was more limited than the chicagos is on crack. Go into the Chicago forum on the day of the release and tell me how many pickup post were mentioned.

Stayed up all night Friday and all day Saturday trying to buy these and the boosts.. I got 0 sbb and 0 boosts :smh:

Ebay is full of super max perfect  pairs they buy for 100-150 so they can sell for 350 making all pairs drop in price. Come on I seen a dude w a full size run. I don't believe he scored that for a second. I asked like 5 people with the lowest prices and pic of receipt and no reply. This is getting out of hand.

I think the biggest difference with this release and the Chi 1s, is that people actually bought that shoe to keep OG Colorway etc. This release alot more people were out just to flip I don't recall seeing the amount of listings on the Chis.

I beg to differ....yes there are more RD shots but I think because folks knew this was gonna be a limited (in comparison to CHIs and other 1s) release there was way more work put in and the RD shots are a testament to that. The CHIs had s robust GS run but also had online allocation that wasn't available for RD where as the SBBs never had an online allocation ( all distributed to stores) and was concentrated into high volume areas - ie big cities - which of course not surprisingly make up a large swath of the NT chattering class.

You gotta figure it takes 1-3 mins for a person to fill out a raffle.

If there's a 100 people in front of you.

You standing in line from 1.5-2 hours minimum.

they have to have more than 1 person taking tickets tho

I live in the north east. I can only go by what I see.

But these were a lot harder to get then chicagos IMO.

Bro only 3 FTA's got these.

3.

I know a spot that got 12 pairs of these and 80 pairs of Yeezys.

this! SBBs were def. more limited than CHIs. most of the stores i copped from literally got only between 9-12 pairs. i think the way these were allocated may make them SEEM not as limited. more individuals were able to score a single pair of CHIs. most individuals weren't able to score even a pair of SBBs, but it seems like those of us who were able to score got multiples, if that makes any sense?

RF was fcfs but ppl came out from every direction when it was time to line up, turned into raffle

Really glad I didn't go. Figured dudes would be hiding in bushes, lurking from every direction, etc.

Clowns. Can't follow the rules. SMH

A HoH I know that literally gets everything got less then 30 pairs of these.

They had over 100 Chi's (not including GS)
exactly. only place that got hundreds of pairs of these are those big stores in NYC and maybe a few NTs around the country. like u said, folks will see what's really up in a couple months with these. i don't see them staying in the 3 to $400 range for too long. then u gotta consider all the folks that will get got for $300+ with super perfect replicas.

Confirmed With Manager That One Of The 3 HOH's Out Here To Get These Had Over 200 Ticket Entries For Only 18 Pairs Of Shoes :x

I Had Only 3% Of Those Tickets Covered :smh:

I Think 12-18 Was The Magic Number For Most Places That Got These Outside Of Big Volume Stores Like In NY And Chi
