same here. i personally dont wear 1s or most retros for the most part when its hot out because the shoes have zero ventilation. i prefer trainers for the summer

i dont know about you but my own comfort comes first. especially when it comes to what i pay for to go on my feet. if you like slipping and sliding inside your retros all summer all the power to you bro.

i think the point is that the tech in these shoes are old and outdated. theyre not made with the same craftmanship and materials as they were back in the day when they were considered at the best you could get.
