Daily smoker from 15-18. Quit when it stopped being fun.

#mysonhascookies all through college though :pimp:

Never too late, moderation is key.

Just do it in a relax location (I got to the park)

Stay away from electronics, they can mess the experience
Until you get used to it atleast .

Herb will always be my friend. Nothing like a good Backwood with sour after 8 hours at work. I just rolled up 5 for the currensy concert tonight. One on way down. 4 inside [emoji]128520[/emoji]

Stay away from blunts, Reggie and doing it with weird ppl. All of the above can take away from the experience imo. You honestly have to gauge what type you are.

Invest in a nice water piece and become a Kushkonnoisseur

you better take that day off bruh. Bout to go night night at least 5 hrs
 
Can't smoke everyday because it makes me hella sluggish during the week but weekends it's a go. Definitely helps me relax like alchohol does for some people.
 
I use it as a pre workout. Makin all kinds of gains.
Really? I can't preform in the gym for **** when on that herb.

For me, I stated burnin around 16-17 an been goin strong for years, im 23 now but I've quit before for months at a time. Overall tho, I lean on it whenever I come home from a stressful day of work or whenever I get done with a mean as workout session in the gym. I'm not a drinker at all an feel pretty content on where my life is headed so although the urge to quit has been there before, the need to hasn't.

Haha, wow. I remember going to a Drake concert here in CLT at a small venue well before he blew up and dudes were blazing inside, blew my mind because I was like...getting caught isn't on your mind y0? Probably one of the best times to light up, but 5-0.

mannnnn all Ima say I was playing madden with my boy..I heard a loud pop which I thought was in my head next thing I know I started tweaking...I called everyone in my phone and told them how much I love them and im going to die soon smh..then proceeded to sit in the corner of my bedroom for like 30-45 minutes staring at the ceiling after that I was done smoking for like 6 month 10 months...smh ****** embarrassed myself that night..I still get clowned till this day about that ****

I didn't start until recently in my late 20's and it has been very positive for me

Has helped me immensely with anxiety.  For me it has been lightyears ahead of any anxiety medicine I have ever tried in every aspect.  Also has been incredibly helpful with working out and running. (motivation, energy and results)  

Unfortunately I live in WI, where it isn't legal in any aspect and due to my late start I do not have the connects to have it available to me consistently.  I pray for the day when its at least medically available.

Advice for Fontaine - IMO it depends on what your looking to get out of it; relaxation, medicine, recreation, etc. But, take it slow just to be safe.  Even though it will probably be a positive experience, I would try a small amount and see how you react to it.   Then make adjustments.

Last time I tried to go to the gym :pimp:  I made it to the parking lot, decided to listen to my iPod in my car for an hour, and then drove right home. :lol:

Definitely did nothing good for my motivation and energy level.

used to do this. Now Ill tell myself that when the clock hits 0 or 5 on the radio dial, then it's a green light to go in. Weird process but it's been working
