James Harden is getting another sneaker and they have been dubbed the Hyperlive.

These will reuse the same tooling as the Hyperchase with the outsole and drop-in midsole beings the same. A Fuse upper with mesh overlays are also used

Looks like a nice design but I can't wear any shoe with that drop-in midsole. Too bad.

These look like a sequel to the Zoom Run The One/Crusader saga.

Has it been confirmed that these are a sig? Don't think he has even renewed his contract with Nike... I know they were hesitant on giving him one BEFORE re-signing him.

Wat does the inner side look like

Shoes look cheap as hell in person, I hated the run the ones, but imo these are worse. Like someone else those drop in midsoles kill my feet

Finishline out here in Houston. I was in Katy mills
Cool. Thanks. I'ma go check them out at FNL here in Atlanta tonight or tomorrow. I have high hopes but they're cheap like you said I'ma be disappointed.

Yea man the fuse make the whole shoe look and feel cheap. Basically if you saw a pair in the outlet and just wanted another hoop shoe youd grab em, but you definitely wouldn't pay full price for them

[emoji]128563[/emoji][emoji]128563[/emoji][emoji]128563[/emoji] I need something soon too cause my Kobe V's & VI's are getting old & for some reason I can't play in my X's. The floor was waxed at the gym over Christmas break & they still don't feel right.

Trust me I understand

My rotation is the Lebron xii low, hyperrev 2015, hyperdunk 2013, the Brons are probably my favorite though

I saw them at the Nike store a couple of days ago. The upper does remind me more of the run the ones but they have the Hyperchase insole and traction. The upper is thinner and more minimal than the Hyperchase.

I'd actually get these over the Mentility 2s. I switched from the Hyperchase to Mentalities 1s lately and they're just cheaply made shoes. The 2s don't look that much different. Mentalities are more comfortable out of the box than Hyperchase but once they break in the support is gone. They remind me of Starburys

The Hyperchase has a long break in time for me but I liked everything else about it. I think I'm going to give the Hyperlive a try. The upper seems lighter and more breathable than the Hyperchase.

I can also see people viewing them as cheap. They don''t look as good as the Hyperchase in person. They might feel better though. I've been playing mostly outdoors btw.

Edit: Whoops, I confused the Hyperrevs with the Hyperchase. I was referring to the Hyper Chase. I actually like those for outdoor ball. I never tried the Hyperrevs.

The thing is, for me, I haven't been able to play in high tops since getting my V Days in early 2010. I was on a strict budget so I  couldn't get the Kobe 7, that Lunarlon in the 8 is bad on my knees & I skipped the 9 because I wasn't playing much ball then.

Check out the new HyperRev or the Kobe Mentality 2?

And if you're not stuck with getting Nike, hearing good things about the Adidas Lillard 2s for a bargain ballin shoe.
I have a narrow foot so for me it's only Nike. If these feel terrible then I'm gonna check out the Hyperchase since they're like $59 now. I was thinking of the Mentality 2 also. Are they out yet?

Nice input! I can't ball outdoors. Jacks my knees up. Which shoe were you referring to when you said it's cheaply made?

Yah the Mentality 2 are out on NDC and dickssportings website, it came out on NDC today so it might be a while til it drops on a discount.

However, I just read that you skipped the Kobe8s because of the lunarlon insert and that is the same set-up for the mentalities so take that into consideration.

Yea I was able to ball in them for a few months but after that my knees couldn't take it.

I was referring to the Kobe Mentality 1. The insole is comfy but the upper is same quality as starburys. I doubt the Kobe Mentality 2 will be any better even with flyweave but I could be wrong.

I actually have bad knees too! Meniscus surgery on my left leg and Acl surgery on my right! #Ballislife. I've only been hurt playing indoors. I think its because I'm more cautious about jumping and landing outdoors.

I think the Hyperchase on sale good pick up.

Oh okay. Well I won't even consider the Mentality 1 then. #Ballislife! Man, what?! My nephews said my knees sound like taking velcro apart. [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji] Combination of playing outside so much, degenerative joint disease, partially torn PCL & partially torn MCL. My wife says I need to stop & have my knees scoped but I'm addicted to the game. Better that than crack.

Hopefully I'll like how the Hyperlives feel when I try them on today.
