The beat is pretty good, they did an excellent job with the production. It's got that good '90s style to it. Another song of his I liked after he died was "Deadly Combination" with 2Pac and that other guy (B.I.G.) was good.

Are all retro's synthetic leather? Are the SBB 1's synthetic? I've always wondered.

Quality is measured by the beholder. So, if a Group of People come to a Consensus and say that we're 100% Okay with the 1999 Retro's... that means we deem it to be Quality ENOUGH to leave us satisfied w/ our purchase. It's all preference... and that can't be argued.

and just FYI; 4 of those pairs in my avatar were bought below retail in 2003 on release date, so no they weren't all $160+and 4 of those shoes are all leather (split or top grain) with 2 of those mixed between synthetic & split grain.
i don't think they have used full grain leather on any of the retro in a long time.
