Retro 2 underrated?

15 and 19. That's the list in no order. Everything after 20 I don't even consider.

The 15's are my favorite jays from out of the signature line. They're mad comfortable and unique aesthetically
 
The Jordan 2 is an extremely underrated model.

these are easily the best colorway:

i just wish that JB would get the shape right on the retro 2s, especially the toebox. The 1994 was the closest we've ever gotten to the OG, and even they were slightly off from the OGs.

I don't see the 2 being the most underrated at all. I've heard plenty of people ask for 2 retros over the years. Seriously how many people do you know ask for 19s or even bring the 19 up at all? Same for the 15. Most times those are brought up as the weakest of Jordan's. 2 isn't close to the most underrated Jordan.

Opinions change over time but I remember the 2's being one of the most disliked Jordan of all time. They landed at Marshalls/Ross stores for $10 a pair back during the first retro and can recall my 13 year old self laughing at them on the racks. The second retro had some slight success but that was mainly due to the exclusivity of the Melo 2 colorway. It wasn't uncommon to see the other colorways sit for discount.

Nowadays it's different because the younger generation doesn't recall the flack this model received and it's greeted with open arms since much time has passed. 80's sneakers are still cool :smokin Don't be surprised when a newer crop of kids will be begging for retro models XVIII and up...only a matter of time.

I got them when they came out for retail, but that was 11 years ago so this old man has forgotten how much that was.

Like the silhouette of the sneaker looks like the high fashion sneakers brands are trying to pull off today.

I still rock mine religiously but im hoping they will retro the og cw with the higher cut.

I think the problem with the 2s is that they are in between literally two of the most iconic sneakers EVER. Its also odd because they were the 1st Jordan retro ever-you would think there would be more hype for them.

Alright im not saying of all time just should get looked and talked about a little more.

I'd definitely take 94 mold over today's mold I remember they released them I jus stumbled on them walkin in FTL and immediately ask for my sz whatever I went in there for didn't even matter anymore got my 2's and dip'd, couldn't wait to rock em id like to relive that moment if they do em just as they were then if not how they are on his feet in that pic great post of that pic....
 
The story goes the mold were lost/stolen let nike tell it... They're looking at the mold with a joker smile. Waiting to create national riots... Original mold 2s are going to show up 1 day......
 
Either way I'm sure there's plenty at least 5-10 pairs they can get their hands on that in NOS COND that they can disassemble to create a new mold, or maybe it's being held by the Italian who's demanding they pay them to remake the product in its correct og form. Lol j/k
