Anyone got input? My draft ain't for a month and I got 6th pick in a 12 man league.


First 5 picks the dudes already said who they are taking, bell, ap, lynch, lacy, and Charles. What should I do at 6?

Is it standard league or PPR? 

Sucks to miss out on those guys 

I think I would go Dez or Brown regardless of format then take Jeremy Hill

im picking 3rd in my keeper league but the majority of the 1st rounders are gone. only ones left are marshawn, demariyus, julio and forte. ended up keeping jordy and brown (losing my 2nd and 3rd round picks). if marshawn is still there then i go with him but i doubt he'll be there. we have 2 WR slots and a flex so i was thinking either grabbing demariyus or julio. i had forte last year and he has the same bye week as jordy so i'd like to stay away from him. also thinking about demarco and a rod.

what do you guys think?

i went home & did like 3 mocks...ended up with Forte/DeMarco, Odell/Dez, & Hill/Ingram/Evans in the 3rd

the 7 people in front of me don't want Bell because of the suspension..

Finally got a draft date, not until the 23rd 

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas 

 heard it's going to be 12 teams this year instead of 10. More money 

Do you guys all reset draft order every year regardless of where you finish? I won my league so I'm praying I don't end up with the 12th pick

 I feel like saying something along the lines of "the champ should get no worse than the #3 pick" or something but these guys I've been with aren't my direct friends

Also, has anyone ever won their league with a really late pick? Say 9-12th pick in a 12 team league?

Guy that won my league last year was between 9-12 but he only won because Chip Kelly screwed me by vulturing Shady 5 times and the guy who beat me needed .5 points from AJ Green who got hurt in the championship game. Both of our teams were better than the champ if not for some terrible luck.

Thanks for the input.. yeah often times the winner doesn't seem to have the best team. More so about random injuries and health that makes the difference

I was doing some simulations and I feel like if you get the 12th pick in a 12 team you're behind the 8 ball for sure

i'm strongly considering DeMarco Murray with the 8th pick in a 10-team PPR league if Le'Veon is taken.

That says it all b.

DeMarco could be great, but I'm never trusting Chipwich again.

feel the same way, i'm torn i really hope my friends are telling the truth about not taking Bell...

i know Alfred Morris isn't the best PPR back but Washington's gonna be running a ton this season & he's been looking real good in camp..might pick him up in the 3rd if Ingram & Evans are gone.

yea i won't know my draft spot till the day of the draft which is Aug 22nd. I haven't been doing any mocks lately, but i may have to start soon.

Quick question...are there any fantasy football magazines that are geared towards PPR leagues? Pretty much everything I see is for standard scoring with maybe a paragraph or two for PPR.

don't ever buy magazines, they are extremely outdated.

Look online, subscribe to a paid service like FantasyGuru, Footballdiehards, Footballguys instead.

They also picked up Ryan Matthews. Last year everyone was getting carries in Philly and the most random guy would get the goaline TD's. Not messing with Murray.

can't stand alfred morris either. hate him.

I'm from DC and it might be a RBBC here. Morris probably will be on first and second downs only.

the website I work for is putting out a new daily fantasy game today....
