I see where he's coming from, but NYC is so crazy that it puts y'all in the top 3 automatically.
In terms of the best state though?
NC has to be in the top 5.
Mountains - check.
Piedmont (city) - check.
Coastal (beach, beach towns) - check.
Nice weather for the most part, basketball fanatics, beautiful women. You get the southern culture in some places, and then you get the city vibe in others.
I love my state...
Cities from Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Raleigh/Durham, Wilmington, Fayetteville, Cherokee if you want to gamble...
The whole state is covered.
