Can't really go wrong. Even walking around Fisherman's Wharf and taking one of those tourist boats that go under the bridge and around the bay is cool.

delores park, twin peaks and coit tower. those were my go tos growing up in the city.
others were stoner bench in burlingame and that one sight seeing spot on sharp park road in pacifica.

Crissy fields. Bring some food/drinks, get a table, eat, walk the trail to the golden gate or baker beach....my fav spot personally.
And of course, Marin headlands....
