I really want to help this guy...because I swear I've seen the answer before somewhere. I want to say that it just means that the shoes were a Euro or Asia release, but I'm not 100% on that.

Google nike and "European Patent" all the shoes have flynit. Big deal going on between Nike and Adidas pertaining to "sole" rights of use. I would assume any shoe containing flynit.

The UK very rarely release the allstar shoes, you can't judge them being released here or not by contacting them.

The UK releases every All Star shoe every year.
They release same day as the states each year.
I have bought KD All Stars 3,4,5,6,7 on Nike at midnight or 8am for the past 5 years.
Kyrie 1 All Star last year.
Lebron Gumbo on release day.
Red Kobe 5 All Star on release day.

Usually Europe gets all the ASG releases.
Some EXT's get not released in Europe, but that's almost the only difference.

Yesterday the NDC.au launch calendar still showed the Kyrie 2 Allstar releasing on the 14th of February along with the Lebron, the KD and the Kobe.
The Kyrie has been erased from this list overnight.
