...I remember dudes in elementary school who came to school like this. they were on hard times, so haircuts and such wasn't a priority for them. This dude needs to walk with a hair brush.

The results I posted were done via the strip (FUT) method. That pic you posted is a bad case of scarring from an FUE procedure where they remove individual follicles. You can't have that major of a transformation (George costanza to George ****ey) using only FUE. You need to use strip method to obtain a sufficient amount of graphs to cover the entire scalp with decent density. When the FUE procedure is done correctly, you shouldn't see the white dots like that even when shaved down to a 1 guard
