Religion is very broad, that's why there are religious wars, so you have different religious groups within themselves not agreeing with each other, that's not the case with gays, there isn't an internal struggle within the LGBT community....there isn't a choice, people should accept that, is not about "agreeing" with it, gay people don't need your approval, they deserve your acceptance....not accepting a gay person, is like discriminating against someone with colored eyes, curly hair...or wait for it....dark skin.

You have transgender who do not identify as gay.

I'm not even sure who's arguing what anymore, if at any point you deny gays of being accepted for who they are, but demand equal rights for men of color, that makes you a hypocrite both groups deserve the same respect and love.....if not bro, carry on because more than likely I wasn't talking about you and just misquoted or got caught in the middle of the fire

Dude is wild ignorant, first off behavior is technically a "physical attribute". Our genes govern our behaviors, and behaviors are very much as part of our identity as our outward appearance. That's like saying a birds mating dance is inconsequential in learning what makes the bird unique. In addition to the bird's feather patterns, nuances in its mating practices are important.

Treating a gay person with respect although not agreeing personally with their choices is preventing them from being who they are? Saying you see no problem with gay marriage even though you dont agree with the concept homosexuality is preventing them from being who they are even though you just gave approval for them to do what they want?

Well that isn't really treating them with respect by telling them "Hey I treat gay people with respect but I'll be damned if you try to push the gay agenda on me" - nor is there any legitimate reason (billionth time I've said this) to disagree with the concept of homosexuality.
Since you like to ask questions, my question for you is why don't you personally support homosexuality?
