I also think this. I read that they're charging with first degree. I can already imagine him getting off because of some BS like "It wasn't pre meditated." I don't know the laws or anything, but I just have a feeling something like this will happen.

SO they got a call for something entirely different, and act so quick to shoot what would appear to be a random person in 6 seconds? How is that not straight murder?
Now the FOP sends out an email trying to secure bail money for the officer? Does anyone ever just feel, "yes this guy goofed up. let him be". Instead it seems like no matter what, in ANY situation ever, there are two sides. Burger King footage was deleted as officers stormed the restaurant just minutes after it happened. How is there any defending any of their actions? And looking on FB as this one is now trending leaves me with so little hope for humanity. I wish I could live in a bubble

What's sad to me is that it took a court order by a judge for this to get released. Not one person saw this as they ran evidence and realized something is up? Not one cop on the scene said, "slow down bro. Why are YOU the only one shooting?". This legalized gang has the backing of politicians, attorneys, unions, and who knows what else. Internal investigations are a joke. Someone else mentioned it. But this "arrest" is trying to curb civil unrest. But I think people know the drill by now.
And why spend $5 mill to cover it up? Let your ONE bad officer rott away. Let him be on his own. Do the higher ups not want the public to know that they sometimes hire crappy cops? Cops seem to know they have the undying devotion and protection from seemingly everyone
