I don't think that was his point. He'll correct me if I'm wrong, but even in my experience, Shadows and some other 1s sat at nearly retail on CL and FB for literally months. Then Kanye wore Breds and everyone needed 1s. I don't think he'll dispute that the Royals in general didn't come out of the gate with high resale prices, but OG 1s as a whole weren't highly desired. If I recall correctly, people were shocked how fast the flew off FNL's site and how limited they really were. Even NDC didn't drop them.

Maybe Australia? Remember dude that cleaned an entire store(s) out  Down Under and made a mint to buy Yeezy's or something? I'll have to search that thread again and dig it up. I remember boy made some loot.
 
my brother moved his royals for 400 locally the day after release. the resell on those definitely didn't sit near retail

Whats most surprising to me is the chi and sbb weighting in the same.  

In hand the sbb felt heavier.

The 2016 breds feel like a nice quality sneaker, and has the weight to back it.  

A pointless test to maybe, but I thought id share anyways.

IF ANYONE HAS A FRAGMENT AND A SCALE HOOK ME UP WITH THOSE NUMBERS!

Yeah I got better things to do with my money, like pay bills. Honestly I don't even like paying 160 for a pair of I's but I'm old school. But if I can't get a pair I want for retail then I'm done no resell for me.
I don't look down on people that do. If that's what they want to do with their money I hope it make them happy it's none of my business.

I like the kids sizes.

Red pops more, and no tumbled leather is nice.

Remind me of the 94 release almost.
