I've been waiting for an hour on Saturday during release of b/w.I HATE TO BE "THAT GUY" BUT HOW DOES ONE GET IN CONTACT WITH ADIDAS CS??
I CALLED TWICE FROM MY CELL PHONE 1ST WAIT TIME WAS 17MIN, 2ND WAIT TIME WAS ABOUT 2MIN.... 3RD ATTEMPT(CURRENTLY) IM CALLING FROM MY WORK PHONE AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW ABOUT 6MIN......
DO THESE PEOPLE NOT WORK???
EITHER SHIP MY SHOES OR SEND MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

You should have went down about a size from their shoe size....so the 8.5 should of gotten a 7.5. I typically go down about 1.5 sizes from my lady shoe size, but my understanding from friends who have smaller shoe size and v2s down a size difference usually works well.
