Nah NK definitely doesn't do cart holds. Everybody was carting pharrell NMD's but nobody could checkout.

Oh I see the confusion; I meant holds once you are in the checkout phase as in once you pressed checkout for the first time after carting and it sends you the page to enter your data.
What do you call that checkout holds?

I see the confusion as well but I've carted before on Nicekicks, got to the payment stage, processing payment only to be bumped to the inventory error page. This happened on Kith as well, Just Don, YS, and a few other shopify sites.

Really? That has never happened to me.
Once you press checkout on a item and you are sent to enter your data page you are usually good on those kind of websites.
Perhaps the item was so hyped there was a lot of requests being sent to the page at that time that it made shopify servers handle your request incorrectly.
I know for the pharrells on bodega it crashed their checkout process even if you were on that page because so many bots and people were sending requests trying to get all the colors.
That's why I really dislike shopify; the only stores who use it well are Kith and a few others.

Never dealt with DHL before. They called my cell to tell me no one was home and asked for instructions which was really cool. DHL A+ service lol. Got my Black hus from Sivas!

That happened to me on nicekicks. I checked out with wood wood UBs a few mins after they dropped. I had an early link and guess I carted first. They HAD to have held my cart...

if they do cart holds, that would help tremendously with checkout. However, most shopify sites are already backdoored and carted. So even at drop time, people cart immediately and still get hit with the inventory error page.

I can see why he went with 9.5 for xr1 and 9 for PK. I own both 9US for pk and xr1. The pk fits a bit bigger than xr1 even though they're the same size and material. If they made a 9.25 for the xr1 then it would be perfect.
