and woman's 11 is big on you in these? so if i was a mens 9.5 pk i would prob need womans 10 or 10.5?

Woman's 11 is actually a 1/2 size smaller than I'd like, but it works. My toe is right very close to the top of the shoe. I'd estimate about a half centimeter of space.
If you're a men's 9.5 in PK, then you should go with a 10.5 if you're considering a women's model.

They might lose some customers but the reality is someone will pay it, if not reselling wouldn't be a business. I also should have specified 'boutiques' which I thought oneness was...
