Lol it's 2016, y'all.

I've been familiar with those racial slurs for years & my parents/family have never even uttered those words.

Books, television, movies & the internet are all viable sources where one could learn such terms.

Not ruling out baloomba learned it from her parents btw... just saying there are other outlets where hate can derive from.

Issue could of been stooped before before hands being thrown if the teacher stepped up and handled the situation. She should of pull that girl aside and disciplined her and suspending her. Even as a student teacher I know this could have been avoided.

What gonna ask the same. Those terms are so outdated that her grandfather (whose name is probably Jethro) is probably the one regularly using them.
