Unity has never been attempted by Europeans. They are scared punks, they came to this country in fear, destroyed the Native Americans then used "lazy" black folk to work fields for them. The irony.

We fought for freedom after slavery they created the 3/5ths law Jim Crow and lynched us, we asked for equal rights they gave us desegregation, WHICH is not equal rights, then the judicial system was altered to ensure black men were in jail, destroying the black family, community and dollar.

Who gives away power in attempt of unity? Unity will never happen in this great nation, that's why there has been numerous movements to get black folk to just do for them self. America doesn't care about black people (Kanye West voice)

Remember when they signed the Declaration of Independence we were on fields, so we not considered when they penned "All Men are Created Equal"

Like I said, I don't believe that the ideas were regressive in the 60s and 70s, but I do believe that supporting such an organization in 2016, would be regressive. We're supposed to be working toward unity here. Thats what the half time show was trying to display in the first place. I was just trying to have an open discussion but I see that it wasn't a good idea. I'm not some racist, if I were, I sure as hell would'nt be here on NT.

Mariah Carey's singing voice is an acquired taste.

It's just that the altar boy hitting high notes has been widely accepted by the masses.

Now I really like her music but I don't think it's hard to come up with 5 better singers.

You know, I hear that a lot with Beyoncé. But I've never heard that with Janet or Michael Jackson


It seems that online jay z and Beyoncé are like the most hated critiqued artist and critisized artist, but in real life they sell out arenas on a nightly basis after both being in the game for over 16 years. I personally think Beyoncés songs are a tad below average and that her best work was her early work. I think now she found a niche and is catering to that audience

I'm not aware of a lot Beyonce critique but I'm not a fan so I wouldn't know. I liked Destiny's Child but that's about it. I actually liked Jay albums and have a much better understanding why he get critiqued and ******* on.

My only knock against girl is that I don't really find her attractive and do not care for how she's so overrated looks wise. Like there aint a grip of better looking black woman.

I'm being serious. I would seriously listen to an entire rap album by Beyonce just to see what she did.

I specifically bring up biting cuz I don't want to hear a bunch of songs of her biting Jay. I might her a pass if she had a ghost writer though just cuz I know she not a rapper like that.

You right though, I'm out if Nas starts being brought up.

Beyonce is a girly girl that sings.

Missy is a tom boy that mostly raps.
