====== EPIC Flyknit Series ======

Just had my first wear for work in the collared LEpics. I work as a PM nurse, so I'm pretty much on my feet for all but one hour for charting. I developed redness on both of my ankles while wearing no-show socks. I should've at least worn some quarter length socks. Overall, the new Lunarlon is comfy. I'm not blown away, but I like them. The only cushioning system that I was BLOWN away by most recently was in the Hoka One One Clifton 1. I'll probably run in these in the next month or two... :nerd:

LunarEpic highs hit my local nike outlet. got the orange 818676-005 for $90 since it was additional 30% off footwear weekend.

They're sprayed on. My iDs are probably my favorite (new released) pick-up of the year thus far. I was really impressed how they looked once I opened the box [emoji]128077[/emoji]

I'm thinking that the fade option on the low might be actually woven. They look a lot like the Air Max Flyknit 2014, which were all woven for the id. I don't know how they could spray paint that pattern. I guess time will tell.

I went with the red/blue multi as I figured it would leave the site sooner. And I didn't want my guess about the fade option to be wrong.

I'm hoping it's woven as it does look a lot like the AM FK 2014s. Hopefully pics will surface at some point once people start receiving their pairs.

Looking forward to seeing your pair, am up in the air about the Multi options until I see real pics of those too.

So for those that have them is the tech/shoe worth the 200 for an id? Thanks in advance. Also how narrow do they run? Noticed you can get a wide version on id.

i cant speak on if it is indeed worth the $200 lol but i consider myself to have feet that are a bit wide. when i got my first pair i went TTS and they fit tight along the sides at first but they broke in and are very comfortable

Thanks and repped

i have the LE highs MP and love them, never had an issue with the ankle support chafing me. i have been wearing these regularly to the gym, and have run a 5k and half marathon in them, and the heels are still in perfect shape (no slanted heel drag).

Do you have any flyknit maxes? They fit pretty similar to those, which I feel are not a very wide shoe. For whatever reason, if I wear normal thickness socks, they are a bit tight on the outside of my foot (and I feel that I have pretty narrow feet). As for the $200 part, I don't think I will ever buy these shoes for retail. They don't have any rubber on the bottom (I feel like they will wear out quickly for casual use, and I feel they are a bit slippery (I know their main purpose is running)). I wouldn't consider them unless they could be obtained under $125.... but that's just me.

Do these run a bit narrow for you guys? Or more TTS? I feel like Im a more TTS 11 but I have to get an 11.5 in the narrow fitting shoes

the best part about these id's are the text

I never do text on id's but the fact that these are engraved into the heel is tough

makes me wanna do an id just for the text I have ready

TBH, I don't think they're worth $200, but I LOVE the faded options that iD has to offer. I went TTS and they fit great; not too tight but with enough allowance. I ordered because I've been wanting a running shoe in the White/Black gradient cw with a Black tongue for a while now.

Just wore my Crimsons again to work. They felt very comfy with quarter length socks. Before I wore mine, I placed one canned food in each shoe to stretch out the collar a bit.

Honestly, no. The shoe is good, just not $160 or $200 for an ID good. It's not really a fault of the shoe, more-so retail prices for new high-tech releases these days. However, if you really like the model and certain options only found on ID then it's not an unreasonable purchase by any means. They won't disappoint you.

I have wide feet and they fit TTS for me.
