I agree that the warriors cannot be hated at the same level like the bad boy pistons, 3peat lakers, 2011-2014 heat. Because most of the players arent badass enough to be hated.
But the hype of many warriors and especially curry fans are causing many not liking the warriors. I dont see them being better than the top teams of the 1990's or the 3 peat lakers (2001-2003).
They are playing in a softie league and people are trying to label curry better than MJ after not 1 great finished season.
MJ was crowned as the goat not before he won bunch of titles and awards.
The current hype for curry and The warriors are as lame as the hype for lebron and The heat a few years ago.

And you see what happens when they fail to win another chip. The sharks will be over them.

I despise Lebron for quite some time but I've never called for players to get injured and wish losses.

I find it much more satisfying and legit if the team I root for beats them without any qualifiers.

I'm noticing some folks from Ohio have the thought process of a Charles Barkley and are Trump supporters...

We have basically been the Cleveland Browns  Detroit Lions of the NBA for pretty much our entire lives.  If anyone has earned the right to be a little arrogant with our recent success, its us Warrior fans.

Neither the team nor the players bother me. I have much respect for what they're doing and for what Steph is doing.

However, as another poster mentioned, you'd think this squad has won 6 titles already by the way fans react to haters and to each win. As of right now, Steph has 1 MVP, soon to be 2 and the Warriors have 1 title and will be in contention for a back to back run.

If anything, fans should just enjoy what's going on instead of crowning themselves the GOAT before actually being the GOAT. Sustained greatness isn't easy to come by and it can all be over with one injury, one loss or one missed shot.
