I WANT TO ENCOURAGE A MORE CONSTRUCTIVE DISCUSSION OVER RACE RELATIONS ON NT

Yo ninjahood......you're an idiot

Yooooo......you know you messed up when Mayor comes out the grave to disparage you. :x
Pay that lame no mind. It's like when **** isn't going right with his life he runs here to spew negativity.

Yea, by nature people will be with who they know and relate to. The injustice is because someone is different you are then interferig their their life and ability to provide for their love ones, thats not right at all.

Whether I morally dont like People that are purple, it is wrong to prevent purple people from living their life ESPECIALLY if it isnt hurting me or mine. We live in a Nation where people go out their way to make things harder for people who are different whether its race, sexuality, etc.

If a dude is gay he is still human and deserves respect as a human, so why on earth would i go out my way to make his life hell?

In history the world was never "united" but we all respected each other, did business with each other, and didnt get involved with other peoples in house issues. You cant make someone like you but if that person has their foot on your neck for no damn reason then we have an issue.
Preach

Oh lord, please exile yourself like you promised. We don't want to get this ignoramus going.

It takes a certain level of intelligence to empathize with something you are not. And this is worsened by this notion that you can't care about another group eg. LGBT unless you're a part of that group.

DA IRONY

Btw that cholera comment, straight ignorance....but in sure you'll justify it somehow or post some YouTube video about it.

Over here, it's like you roll around and all you see are those dudes wearing 4\20 shirts and some Green Glow 4's with Supreme snapbacks. Stay away from the mall or you might get the hypebeasts. Cats out here making lean with NyQuill too.

DO people really see filipinos as the number 1 hype beasts???

Why y'all did dis
To be honest, I only know about Fillipinos because of NT.

I have 0 encounters with them so I've never had a stereotype to run with until NT so yeah, ya'll some BEAST

Um the comment was not "ignorant", you might want to read up on it. There are outbreaks in DR and Haiti, the Dominicans probably blame it on the Haitians. But yea you can get cholera in any third wolrd country so maybe I shouldn't have mentioned it.

#apologies
It actually came from UN peacekeeper soldiers from Nepal who were stationed in Haiti after the Earthquake, prior to this cholera wasn't an issue here. The risk is extremely low on the Dominican side of the island, anyway. This is the top tourist destination in the Caribbean, we receive over 5 million visitors each year, yet there hasn't been a single case of a foreigner dying from this disease.

You really should take a week off and visit DR/Haiti, have a chat with some of the Haitians residing in DR amongst their Dominican brothers, you seem to think that because of the cases you read online, you have a full understanding of the dynamics out there, I'm not Dominican but I've spent plenty time there and not in resorts, of course there is always the bad, but don't think Haitians are the only ones battling poverty while Dominicans flourish....or that Dominicans are running some type of new age slave trade with Haitians, rid your heart of all that misplaced judgement....the media can be deceptive, nothing beats going out there and actually experiencing it.

Please don't go off on some condescending tangent or trying to post articles or YouTube videos of Dominicans prosecuting or Wikipedia links of hundreds of Dominican/Haitian relationships, I'm literally just offering you an option to form a better conclusion based on a life experience.

I think I spoke of this before about the last time I was in DR and our driver to the airport was Haitian, you'd be surprised how well informed they are about their country (both Haiti and DR) PR dude that was riding with us brought up the whole deportation and prosecution of Haitians in DR and this man went off...I just sat back...it was great to hear the perspective of a working Haitian residing in DR, he pointed out how the media specially here in America just want to demonize the country, not realizing by putting off Americans from visiting with some over exaggerated propaganda, you don't just affect Dominicans, you affect Haitians too, Haitians like himself who feed their families because of tourism....he went off about how Dominicans were the first ones in and the last ones out after the earthquake, how they loan one of their major airports so that planes could fly in with aide, how they still practically have an open door policy and thousands of Haitians cross over...there was 4 of us in the car we each have homie a 20$ as a tip....much more I can say but now I'm derailing the topic.

Ugh I'm sorry man....

Anyways yeah, Anton...take a trip bro.

da irony. you and other nyc people talk down on ca and have never been there. but im not making it about a us versus them thing. and that was my point when i wouldn't agree with your nyc is the center of the universe. yet you guys go all butt hurt. and a lot have never set foot in california and go by hear say.

either way, ninjahood has yet to say he is part black. has yet to say he is part african american. but technically he is partially african american but he was born in america and is of african descent. he would rather claim latino, even though numerous people who will see him outside of da heightz consider him black first.

he has yet to feel discrimination which is why he is on his high horse.

this isn't true. African American is an Ethnic group not a title to describe Race.

not really bro. you can't even admit that there is more to ny than nyc.

you act too introspective but yet you want to talk about world ideologies on how latins act in their country. you only speak on the behalf of what you are associated to.

go to haiti with your wife and see how you are treated there. tell them you are from so and so. they probably wont refuse your business but experience the discrimination and see how it feels.

it seems as you have never lived through discrimination and which is why you are painting a picture of utopia in you head.

you are right i understand it is ethical but ninjahood would rather subscribe to im neither race. im just exclusively ethically latin first and nothing else

Seems folks is mad their lack of cultural awareness is being checked.

In da years ive been alive, NOBODY in NYC has confused me for being anything other than latino..not our fault u live in places lacking cultural diversity *shrugs*
