The one negative thing I would have to say about Goat is the fact that they take forever for the buyer to get the product in their hands. Needs a better turn a round time. I waited 3 weeks to get my pair of shoes I ordered from there, besides that they were legit and shoes were in brand new condition.

thats only during this time of year... the usual turn around time is around 1-2 weeks

Have had nothing but good experiences buying and selling with GOAT. Great customer service and got paid in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely preder this over dealing with kids locally with dumb questions and extreme lowballing.

After waiting since September, I emailed them and they emailed me back asking for tagged pics of the shoes I wanted to sell. After that, they approved me.

contacting them through the app usually gets me a response within 24 hours. I never send emails.

Sold something late friday night and my ups store was close the next 3 day because of holidays. Contacted them through the app and they told me they were giving people an extra day to ship because of the holidays. When today came I was at the ups store to drop the shoes off and good thing I checked my email because the shoes got canceled 10 minutes ago. They fking lied and said they gave everyone an extra day just to canceled the shoes when it hasn't been 96 hrs yet. Contact them again and they just gave me some BS saying it's been 72 hrs with no tracking update so it automatically gets cancelled.

I did it yesterday. As long as you ship within 24 hrs of claiming you dropped it off, you are usually good to go.

I was in the same boat and even contacted them. You just have to mark them as dropped off and handle it first thing the following day.
If you really want that sale, I would contact them and see if the buyer is still interested. Hopefully, it works out in your favor.

If you list a shoe for sale, and cancel it before anyone buys it, are you still penalized even though the shoe wasn't bought?

Has anybody shipped to GOAT after their order was cancelled. I don't think my order was scanned and is going to get shipped today, but got hit with the cancellation on the app. It's BS with the 72 hours turnaround with the Sunday and Christmas though. I'm done with GOAT once they start hitting me with that 2.9% tax for ACH.
