All lives matter is weird . All lives clearly don't matter and never have. This isn't even debatable.
The only lives that matter are the ones that effect you.
That is the entire reason why black lives matter is even possible.

"All lives matter" is nothing but an ignorant deflection from the issue the BLM movement is bringing attention to. All lives do matter but the world doesn't treat all lives equal. BLM is simply protesting and bringing attention to the mistreatment of black lives by a corrupt and racist system. That doesn't mean they're saying not all lives should matter.
