In the Bay, they have it so that if you're dropping off at the airport you are automatically on top of the queue. What I've been doing is stopping the ride a minute early when I'm almost there so I have a better chance for picking that next ride. It's been working almost every time. Otherwise I don't think airport are worth it cause you're driving back w/o a fare.

In Nashville.
Here you cannot wait at the terminal you have to go to a staging area where all the drivers for Uber and Lyft sit and wait.
I may try it again since I have a 4.88 rating and they start offering me VIP rides but for the most part I dont fool around with it.

We have several colleges here. Some are rich schools like Vanderbilt, so I just stay in those areas where the rich kids want to just catch an Uber down the street and pay 4 or 5 bucks.
 
Are you Uber drivers strapped? Here in Florida some dude cut off an Uber driver with his whip and jumped out with TWO assault rifles, the Uber driver had a tool and shot the would be robber 4 times killing him

i usually only drive a few weeks before a vegas trip for some exra ends lol

It's the same here. We're suppose to wait at the staging area but now Uber has it so that if I'm dropping off at the airport, I'll get a ride within a minute. I'm not even out of the terminal before I get a request.

I'm early 20s and was young and stupid when I was 19-20 w/ speeding and even having my license suspended in 2015! It's reinstated now, but do you think Uber would let me drive for them ?

Yikes... I doubt it but definitely let them know before hand so they may excuse it for the honest approach.
 
Would like to know answer too if anyone has had experience getting denied. I'm in the same boat had a terrible driving record about 10 years ago, nothing since then never accidents, but a lot of reckless speeding. I could just apply i guess, but I'm the epitomy of laziness. Don't want to apply if it's a waste of time I'm in TX btw.
 
After so many years alot of that stuff falls off your driving record.
You might want to check it. Your record might be clearer than you thought.
 
They have a new thing where it adds a ride automatically to the UBER POOL!!!

I did it 3 times and I ended up in South Central all 3 times, and noone was ready. Finally I went back home. Forget that.

Using my parents car so I wasnt too serious with it, but now I got the go ahead to drive as much as I want. About to go in. Gonna try for 80 hours a week probably starting next week. The goal is 100 hours a week though

New Years Eve should be a good pay day. I wasnt gonna do it on nye but honestly I just want some dough lol. Anyone here drive on NYE last year, and how much you make if you dont mind saying. Atleast how much was the surge multiplier?

100 hours a week bro...that's like impossible aint it lol.
 
That's like 14 hours a day.

Why stop at 100? Go for 200 hours in a week and tell them it's because it's double time on Sunday for you :nthat:
