Right, it is a tough decision.

But relative to roster construction, you already have steph and KD, you need klay as much as you need Draymond. You cannot find someone that can do what Draymond does on both ends.

They are way less of a juggernaut IMO w/o Draymond. The playmaking, the defending of 1-5, just can't replace him.
