Seeing how Wall has more double doubles then Kemba, Lowrey, IT and Kyrie combined I don't think getting 10 assists will be a issue.

IT, Kyrie and Lowrey aren't out there to average 10 assists since they all have multiple playmakers.

Wall needs to average high assists numbers because Beal is the only other playmakers
