Z-Ro’s second album of 2016 will arrive tomorrow. The Houston rapper is going to release a new LP called Legendary on Nov. 11. Z-Ro must have liked the performance of his Drinkin’ and Drivin’ album since he said it would dictate his next release.

“A lot of my **** that I know is going to do numbers, and if I’m ******’ with somebody new, I’m not finna give you my A1 ****,” Z-Ro recently told XXL. “I’m finna give you my B2 ****. Drankin’ & Drivin’ is some dope **** but I got some dope **** lined up after this that’s already ready. I want to see what’s going to happen with Drankin’ & Drivin’ before I turn in Ghetto Gospel, before I turn in Rotha Vandross Sings the Blues, before I turn in Legendary.”

Z-Ro’s main priority is getting his music to as many listeners as possible. The veteran MC talked about his frustration with his past work not getting the national recognition he felt it deserved.

“I’ve turned in great bodies of work [but] when mutha*****s take it and leave it [on the shelf], I don’t like that ****,” Z-Ro said. “So pretty soon I’m finna to stop giving you **** that you’re going to leave right there and nobody going to know about. I’ve done, in my opinion and plenty of others, some masterpieces and them ***** don’t get out of Houston.”

Have only listened to 4 tracks so far, but combined with the Drankin N Drivin album, Z-Ro is getting some of the best production he's had in a very long time. That's one thing Trae has had on him for quite awhile, so it's good Z-Ro has been able to finally match his dope lyrics and content with the right beats.

Z-Ro is money again. Crazy how he can put out consistent very good music this late in his career while others in the game as long as him either fell off flow wise, or can't find good beats.

Finally got through the whole this. Fits right in with his other recent ones. He's been money with these last releases ever since being 100% free from Rap-A-Lot. "So Houston" is def my favorite track from there. Wish I could find production credits for all these albums cause I barely know any of them unless I recognize the tags.

One thing I did notice about this album is that it's a little more upbeat and less somber than other Z-Ro albums
