Man doesn't do anything after a guy slaps his girl's phone out her hand on NYC Subway

This whole thing seems fishy to me, but crazy or not I'm fighting the guy. No way in hell would I resort to shooting the guy though. Or even point a weapon at him.

If we fight I'll win or lose, but either way I'll be alright. If I shoot the guy in self defense then I run the risk of the cops putting bullets in me, if that doesn't happen then I gotta rely on the justice system.....

I'm sorry but fam gotta' throw hands. That's a situation worth getting arrested for. Also the video is recorded so authorities could see who instigated it. Why do these chicks stay cuffin' these dudes!?

Even if you get your *** beat, you HAVE to take your shot, there is no coming back from what homie did....that relationship is OVER.

its not even that. 100% of the thread is saying theyd square up with a nyc homeless person on public transportation. not to mention it seems like dude was at least twice his size in the video. thats not how life works. yeah you can say you'd kick him in the nuts but if that kick doesnt connect right and he has that much size on your youre done.

my first priority would be covering the lady and making sure shes fine. if dude swings after that i'll handle it to the best of my abilities but i'm not inviting myself to a fight with a filthy bum.

Bro that man took his manhood, the damage curling up like that has done to his relationship and how his woman views him is irreversible, he had no other option but to step up, even if he got beat, is whatever you lick your wounds but you keep your manhood....I'm sure outsized like that and a bum at that, I'd be scared too, nobody saying fear isn't natural, but you HAVE to step up.
 
He's saying the same thing though. Dude basically attacked his lady and is imposing over her, to protect her you'd have to get up which signals it's on.
 
I agree 100% you gotta step up. I dont even know how dukes body made those movements. If thats my girl, mom, sister etc first instinct is throwing my body in front of her. My issue is more for the guys talking about going on the offensive first. Thats not a smart move in my crazy homeless on the train playbook.
 
If you don't stand up for yourself, you HAVE to stand up for your girl.

Honestly in that situation I don't think you can half step. Either you fall back like dude or go full force and not give him a chance to tap into his full crazy, lay him out before he picks up the phone.
