Aftermarket customization? (adding text to shoe)

I'm getting a gift for someone and I'd like to personalize them and put text on them similar to NikeID. Only issue is the shoes are not on NikeID so I had to order them and now I'm looking to see if there's a service I can use to do this.

Really simple stuff, no art or anything. Just some white text on a black shoe. I reached out to Nike but they said they couldn't do it, so I wanted to ask here.
